when the orbit's closing in. again and again. closer getting closer to these myths we never keep. and saturated sleep is taunting, haunting. bringing fears i don't have time to trouble with when awake. shake it away. stranger. fringe and fog cling freezing upon day break. shake these bones along. up and gone. once more. orbit. all my life collectively reaches back for that small moment of light. where there is joy in this world. only my heavy sighs are yours. raging in the torrent. oblivion conceals from concsiousness the current stasis. hide. somewhere is beauty.
