home again, finally.

this weekend transitioned, organically, into a blurred madness of blithe chaos. friday to saturday; morning turned into saturday night... my one obligation postponed until sunday, i slept on and off all day in a melange of half dreams and phone calls that didn't to want to stop. babbling inchoherently, "i'm sleeping..."

saturday night, i gloobed through sets. propelled. grappling a gleeful sea of vivid inertia. night. night. night. skipped out the back door when i wasn't looking. begrudgingly i met the overcast glare of sunday morning. morning turned to afternoon as it often does, and i scurried to pose with a gasping gold fish. a short time later, driving, drifting, toward home. a small reprieve of half an hour, i changed from inert sparkle faced haze girl to, organized task master. equipped with no more than 6 assorted sugar engorged baked goods and diet soda on tap; the chemical concoction dutifuly produced a perky, smiling fog.

now, before bed, stumbling over under in between every random, poignantly profound piece of puzzle. oh and my brain wants to think think think and figure it out all now. tonight. to every last detail. yet my body, non responsive, refuses to churn any further. sleep, comes as a layover to a traveler, in between flight connections, on a journey of uncertain duration and destination.
