i'm eating year old white rabbit candy. i know it's a year old because i bought it around the time i started working here. it's the strange vanilla-y candy with the clear rice paper around it you can eat. i think it's chinese or something. even after a year it still tastes good. i don't think this stuff actually has an expiration date. it would probably taste the same after five or ten years. maybe it'd dry out after fifteen though. i am 5 minutes to go time. i think i will go get some frozen yogurt on the way to pick up kiddo. edited to add this link to the white rabbit. it even says it stays soft for a year!
